In this unit we are learning the present simple of the third person of singular.
We are learning some strange animals too. Here, you are going to read "ANTEATER". An anteater is an "OSO HORMIGUERO" in Spanish.

It = Ello (objets and animals)

We = Nosotros
You = Vosotros
They = Ellos


AFFIRMATIVE

She plays the guitar at the weekend. 
An anteater eats ants and insects.



NEGATIVE

She doesn't play the guitar at the weekend. 
An anteater doesn't eat ants or insects.


INTERROGATIVE. 

Does she play the guitar at the weekend? No, she doesn't. 
Does an anteater eat ants or insects? Yes, it does.

MARMOT DAY (IN THE U.S.A.)

Es una fiesta creada por granjeros norteamericanos para predecir cuánto duraría el frío del invierno. Se celebra cada 2 de febrero. La marmota deja de hibernar ese día y, según la tradición, si vuelve a esconderse en su madriguera, el invierno durará 6 semanas más (hasta mediados-finales de marzo). Si por el contrario, la marmota sale de la madriguera, significa que el tiempo primaveral llegará pronto. Curioso, ¿verdad?
