Paula Martín: CHRISTMAS PUDDING


Es un postre tradicional navideño de Gran Bretaña. Se dice que tiene su origen en Inglaterra. Se trata de un pudding elaborado con otros ingredientes, uno de ellos son frutas secas y frutos secos. Cada familia tiene su propia receta.

Ana Villa: LAVERBREAD


The LAVERBREAD is a traditional delicacy made from Swansea. To make bread of algae, seaweed is boiled for several hours then chopped or pureed. The gelatinous paste that results may be sold as is, or rolled in oatmeal.
